Winfield x ELF: Future Ignited
Some partnerships are timeless. The alliance between Winfield Racing School and ELF is one of motorsport’s most iconic stories— a union that has shaped champions and inspired generations.
A Legacy of Champions

Since 1964, Winfield has been the launchpad for legends. Over 30 Formula 1 drivers—including icons like Alain Prost and Damon Hill—have passed through its gates, many propelled by the legendary “Volant ELF” program.
“It’s not just a partnership; it’s a family reunion,” says Frédéric Garcia, CEO of Winfield Group. “ELF returns to a home that has changed in 30 years, but still holds the same values and expertise.
Innovation on Track
Founded in 1964, Winfield Racing School is a legendary institution dedicated to discovering and developing motorsport talent. From karting to Formula 4, the school offers elite training programs combining technical precision, physical conditioning, and racecraft mastery. Its alumni include over 30 Formula 1 drivers, and its facilities at Circuit Paul Ricard are among the most advanced in Europe. Winfield is more than a school—it’s a launchpad for future champions.
In 2024, the partnership was reborn at the Circuit Paul Ricard, with Winfield’s F4 cars powered by ELF Racing S33 fuel—a first step toward renewable racing fuels and a greener future. “We’re not just making history; we’re shaping the future of motorsport,” says Garcia.
